Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with a room that leads to a terrace shared with another room. The lack of an in-room safe and limited electric power supply near the bed were minor inconveniences. The staff, especially Mr David and manager Mr Fekry, were extremely helpful and welcoming, arranging amenities like taxis and preparing excellent breakfast packages. The location, right by the Nile river, is captivating although the carpeted passageway upstairs needs better maintenance. The dining experience was satisfying with a variety of options, and the facilities were convenient overall.
The hotel has some room safety concerns with a terrace connecting to another room with a faulty lock, but overall the staff, including the general manager, were attentive and friendly. The location is good by the Nile, though some areas need cleaning. The dining experience was excellent, especially the breakfast served by Ahmed, while the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with dual balconies and bathrooms, although they had a dirty interior and a pervasive rotten smell in the corridor. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there were instances of delays and needing to involve management. The location offered stunning views of the Nile and beautiful gardens but lacked maintenance in certain areas. The dining experience was decent, featuring a variety of choices but falling short in ambiance. Overall, the facilities provided what was needed, although improvements in cleanliness were necessary.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but my room didn't have a balcony which was a bit disappointing. The service, particularly from Miss Donia the guest relation manager, was very friendly and responsive, although the dining options were not up to par. The location was nice and central, but the dusty carpeted passageway upstairs was a letdown.
The hotel staff, from the general manager Mr Mohamed Fekri to the wait staff in the restaurant, was extremely friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were disappointingly dirty, resembling a state from the 70s, especially the bathroom. Despite this, the pool and garden were well kept and the location, although noisy at times due to cruise ships, offers a breathtaking view of the Nile and Luxor Temple.
Staying at the hotel was a delight with sun beds and a view of the Nile too. The rooms were comfortable, but you must use transportation to reach the center of Luxor. The service, especially from Elia of guests relation, was outstanding, checking the fire alarm system and always trying to find a solution. The location alongside the Nile was amazing, offering beautiful sunset views, but it's a bit far from the Main City area. The dining experience was very varied, with a huge selection of hot and cold foods. Overall, a great value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and not-so-great experiences. Despite some issues with room cleanliness and old furniture, the amazing Nile view was a highlight. The service, although having some hiccups like raw eggs, showed genuine care and hospitality, even granting a refund promptly. The location was fantastic along the Nile, providing incredible pyramid views, while the dining experience fell short with some disappointing aspects. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
I stayed in a Nile view room which was comfortable for resting, but the additional bed made it a bit cramped. The room had a terrible smell, which was not ideal. Despite that, the view of the Nile was amazing.
My stay at this hotel was made truly enjoyable by the attention to detail and friendliness of the staff, from the general manager Mr Mohamed Fekri to the entire team. While the room had the minor inconvenience of two small beds pushed together, the service was exceptional. The location was convenient, although a little distant from the main city area, and the dining options were satisfactory.
